Cancellation & Refund Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for some reason, you may contact us to arrange a refund. To get a refund of any purchase from Live Karo or to get an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy. As with any online purchase experience, the below are the terms and conditions that govern the Refund Policy. When you buy a training course on the LiveKaro website you agree to our Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions and the points below.

CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS: ONLINE CLASS / COURSE / PDF / SLOT

LiveKaro reserves the right to postpone/cancel an event because of instructor illness or force-majeure events (like floods, earthquakes, political instability, a pandemic situation like COVID19, etc.)

  • Quick Decisions: If something's not right, let us know within 24 hours of your purchase for a potential refund.
  • Fair Consideration: We'll thoughtfully review your refund request; our goal is to ensure your satisfaction.
  • Special Offers: Just a heads-up, items bought on discount aren't eligible for refunds.
  • Change of Heart: We understand, but refunds aren't available if you simply change your mind.
  • When Tech Gets Tricky: We know technology can sometimes have a mind of its own. If you run into technical issues that stop you from accessing our website, videos, or dashboard, and you’ve already used our services for a day, we're here to find a solution. While a full refund might not be possible, we're happy to offer you free time/slot extends. Think of it as our way of saying we’ve got your back, equal to the amount you paid.
  • Your Success is Our Goal: We're all about helping you succeed. But if you feel our system or services haven’t quite hit the mark despite your best efforts, we're here to listen. Just show us how you've applied what you've used. If it turns out our course wasn’t the right fit for you, we’ll consider a refund. We're in this journey with you, every step of the way.
  • EU Consumer: For customers within the European Union, in compliance with EU consumer protection laws, you are entitled to a refund request period that extends beyond the standard 24-hour window. This period aligns with the EU's mandatory 14-day withdrawal period for online purchases. Please provide valid reasons and proof of the issues for the refund to be processed.

All refunds must need to notify to the customer support team within 24 hours of the purchase. For the refund, there’s have to be a genuine reason. If our service/course/note is failed to serve you then the refund will be processed, Refund is not possible if you just change your mind after purchases. After receiving your refund request and inspecting the issues, we will process your return or exchange or refund credit point or balance. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the date of your return or exchange request. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your statement, depending on your payment company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

REFUND PROCESS

To get a refund of any purchase, please email customer service at [email protected] to let us know the reason for the return with valid proof/reason so that we can clarify whether the purchase is refundable or not & how long the service/course/class is used, so how much amount is eligible to refund. After completing the above process we will mail you the refund date and amount, After confirmation from your end, we will send you the refund on the same payment method that you used while purchasing. Please note, that you will be responsible for all refund charges. We strongly recommend that you use our support system for any kind of issue in our service/course/class before claiming for refund.

EXCEPTIONS

The following items/reason is not eligible for refund or exchange:

  • If you just change your mind after purchase.
  • If you just don’t need the service after using it for a few days.
  • If you just wanted to try casually for a few days.
  • For any false claim.
